We sell a variety of travel related products from different suppliers and service providers including but not limited to Hoteliers, Boat Owners, ferries, dive resorts,cab owners, and sub travel agents (collectively "suppliers"). Each supplier has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements in addition to our General terms and any change or amendments are subject to availability at the time you make the request.
For any change or amendments, the above cancellation policy will be applicable to cancel the existing service and then the new booking will be made, as per the current rates at the time of booking.
In case of non-arrival or no show the entire reservation will be auto-cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Please note that any requests that are made during your reservation will be conveyed to the selected supplier/vendor/service provider. However, all requests are not guaranteed as they are subject to availability.
Upon confirmation of the reservation, a confirmation number and voucher will be electronically issued to you via email. The voucher must be presented to the supplier/vendor/service provider upon arrival. Failure to produce the voucher may result in not honoring your reservation or failing to trace your record.
We do not accept liability or pay compensation for any loss,damage or expense where the performance or prompt performance of our obligations is prevented or affected by reason of force such as war or threat of war,riots,civil strife,terrorist activity,industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,adverse weather conditions, closure of airports or ports, technical problems with transport problems with transport, governmental action and all other similar events.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check and make sure that the services, hotels,vehicles, ferry etc applicable to your particular arrangements are in accordance to your requirement.
Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee, when you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you carry all travel documents and all of the details on your travel documents are correct and to bring to our attention any errors or discrepancies immediately. Your travel documents are valuable and should be safeguard as if they were cash. It is not always possible to replace travel documents in the case of loss, theft, damage, etc.
Passenger are required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify the passenger names,mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing ,airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, etc on their booking receipt. Please notify Alpine Andaman Holidays immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed conditions, and you should make sure you understand them.
Alpine Andaman Holidays is acting as intermediary or a "Booking Agent" for products and services that are not directly supplied by us. We are not a Co-vendor of such products and services. You will be entering into a separate contract with such suppliers in connection with such products and services. It is your responsibility to collect the terms and conditions that are applicable to your particular arrangements from the suppliers.
Payment policy will be intimated against each booking by email.
We reserve the right to refuse personal checks as a method of payment. After full payment, the conditions of the contract with your supplier may permit them to increase the cost of your arrangements. If we are acting as your booking agent, pass on any such increase to you as we become aware of such increase. If we have arranged a package, changes in transportation costs including the cost of fuel , taxes, fees and exchange rates mean that the price of your travel arrangements may change after you have paid in full.
There will be no cancellation charges for cancellation of any reservation before 30 days of commencement of service.
There will be cancellation charges of 50% of the total amount to be paid for the service, for cancellation of any reservation between 15 to 30 days of commencement of service.
There will be cancellation charges of 75% of the total amount to be paid for the service , for cancellation of any reservation between 7 to 15 days of commencement of service.
There will be cancellation charges of 100% of the total amount to be paid for the service, for cancellation of any reservation between 0 to 7 Days of commencement of service.
In addition to the above cancellation charges, you may be subjected to cancellation policy of the suppliers/ vendors applicable to your particular arrangements.
All refunds will be processed within but not limited to 30 days of cancellation of service, the refunds will be provided by whatever means feasible to Alpine Andaman Holidays.
We reserve the right to make changes or cancellations after the reservation at any time. However, we will endeavour not to make a major change or cancel the booking within 72 hours of the arrival date, except by unforeseen events. If we have to make a major change to your arrangements after booking, we will offer you the option of accepting the change or cancelling the booking and receiving a full refund or any amount paid to us. We do not accept responsibility for any expenses or costs you may incur as a result of any change.
Alpine Andaman Holidays is not responsible for any changes or cancellation of service by the suppliers/vendors /service providers due to whatsoever reason and do not accept responsibility for any loss,expense or cost you may incur as a result of the same. Each suppliers/vendors /service providers has its own terms and condition that are applicable to your particular arrangements, and the refund or alternate arrangement shall be provided by the suppliers/vendors /service providers, according to their terms and conditions.
Regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and /or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger's LEGAL first & last names. It is mandatory that guest names be identical to the passenger (s) LEGAL first and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.
We do not accept responsibility for the spelling errors done by the suppliers in their booking receipt /tickets.
The Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by Alpine Andaman Holidays at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that you consult the Terms and conditions prior to making each and every booking, particularly in order to ensure what provisions are in operation in case they have changed since the last time and order was placed by you.
Only those who have accepted the Terms and Conditions and affirmatively indicated their consent to be bound by the Terms and Conditions may make a booking with Alpine Andaman Holidays.
